Cadence is a master-planned community in east Henderson, Nevada, located along the Boulder Highway corridor between Henderson and Boulder City. Development began in 2015 on a 2,200-acre site, and the community continues to add new phases and builders. It is one of the fastest-selling master-planned communities in the Las Vegas valley.

The community was developed by The LandWell Company on land formerly associated with the BMI industrial complex.
