It applies to information collected through this website (therivlingroup.com) and otherwise in connection with our services. Your use of this website and our services, and any disputes arising from it, is also subject to our Terms of Service.
This website is a general-audience site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
We collect personal information from you when you voluntarily submit it — for example, when you create an account, save a search or a property, request information about a listing, request a home valuation, or contact us. This includes:
- Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Account and activity information such as your saved searches, saved/favorited properties, search criteria, and interactions with our listings and alerts.
- Technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
We use this information to:
- Create and administer your account and deliver the features you request (saved searches, saved homes, property alerts).
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer service.
- Send you listing alerts, newsletters, and marketing communications about real estate services.
- Connect you with a member of The Rivlin Group to assist you.
- Improve our website, services, and marketing, and to conduct research and analysis.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
2. Consent to Be Contacted (Calls, Texts & Email)
By providing your telephone number and/or creating an account, you agree that The Rivlin Group at LPT Realty may contact you about real estate services at the telephone number and email address you provided — including by live, prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and email — using automated technology such as automated dialing and auto-texting, even if your telephone number is on a corporate, state, or the National Do Not Call Registry.
Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase or of using this website. You represent that you have the authority to provide this consent for the telephone number you provided.
To opt out of voice calls, tell the caller you no longer wish to receive calls. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any text; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. See our SMS terms in Section 3 and in our Terms of Service.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
- We use text messaging to send property alerts, confirm and remind you of appointments, and notify you of updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation text and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
- If you experience any issue with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. Message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
- Your mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your personal information only as described here:
- With our team. Information you submit may be shared with agents and staff of The Rivlin Group so they can assist you.
- With service providers who operate our business on our behalf and are authorized to use your information only to provide services to us. These include our customer-relationship-management (CRM) provider, our transactional-email provider, our website hosting/content-delivery and security providers, and our mapping provider. (A representative list of current providers appears at the end of this policy.)
- With analytics and advertising partners that help us understand site usage and deliver and measure advertising (see Section 5).
- As required by law — for example, to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of you or others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- In a business transfer — if we are merged, acquired, or sold, or in connection with a transfer of some or all of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent — to any other third party when you direct or authorize us to do so.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep track of your preferences and account, to keep you signed in, and to collect general usage and volume statistics.
We also work with analytics and advertising partners — currently Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), and Meta (the Facebook/Instagram advertising pixel) — that may use cookies to help us measure site performance and deliver and measure advertising, including remarketing to visitors after they leave our site. These partners may collect information about your activity on our site over time. You can control cookies through your browser settings and may opt out of certain advertising cookies through the partner’s own tools.
“Do Not Track.” Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
6. Third-Party Links, Tools & Embedded Content
Our website may link to or embed tools and websites operated by third parties whose privacy practices differ from ours — for example, our home-valuation partner Fello (offered through a separate site with its own privacy policy) and embedded maps or widgets. Information you submit to a third-party site or tool is governed by that party’s privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy statement of any site or tool you use.
7. MLS / Listing Data
Property listing data displayed on this website is provided in part through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR) MLS and is sourced through our MLS data provider. This listing data is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use, is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties you may be interested in purchasing.
8. Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you and how we process it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Limit the use of any sensitive personal information.
- Withdraw consent you previously provided.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Non-discrimination — you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

- We will not share personal information about you to the extent prohibited by applicable California law, or where your prior consent is required, without that consent.

10. Data Retention

This website is intended for users in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and central database are operated, and the data-protection laws of the United States may differ from those in your country.
