Summerlin spans 22,500 acres along the western edge of the Las Vegas valley, making it one of the largest master-planned communities in the United States. The Paseos is one of Summerlin's largest villages, offering a wide range of housing types from attached homes to larger single-family residences, with extensive parks, trails, and community gathering spaces. Location and Commute

Summerlin is bordered by the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to the west and the 215 Beltway to the east and south. The Las Vegas Strip is approximately 20 to 30 minutes east via the 215 or Summerlin Parkway, depending on which village you start from. Harry Reid International Airport is roughly 25 to 35 minutes away.

Summerlin Parkway provides a direct east-west connection to US-95 and downtown Las Vegas. The 215 Beltway connects Summerlin to Henderson and the southern valley. Red Rock Canyon is accessible within minutes from the western villages, making it one of the few communities in Las Vegas with immediate access to federal conservation land and hiking.
